“I wanted a more professional headset to have a better microphone for use with my mobile phone & this headset does that. There isn't anything wrong with the speaker sound either.
However, the advertising led me to believe that I could adjust the setting for those with an app for my mobile.
I found & installed the app, but it won't stay on. It starts & stops immediately.
A number of other reviews in Google play say the same & I haven't seen any response from the app developer.
I kept the headset which shows it's not bad for my needs. But the marketing is inaccurate if the app fails.
I'm hoping to see an app update on my phone one day.”

Glad to hear you are enjoying your headset.
Would you be able to point me in the direction of the marketing material you read that indicated the headset was compatible with the Sennheiser App as I couldn't see this mentioned on our site anywhere but would like to correct that if it is there in error or question it with Sennheiser if it is on their site. The app you mentioned is only compatible with some of Sennheiser/EPOSs headsets and the MB pro range is not designed to work with the app sorry.

Up until recently I didn’t go anywhere because of injuries so I couldn’t test it out. I still haven’t done an update on the computer as I don’t use windows programming. It plays up by not connecting automatically when in range and when restarting several times manually it sometimes drops out straight away. I miss the feature of battery level being a spoken status instead of just a light flashing. If this is how they are now I am disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone. Before the EPOS branding they were a fantastic headset. I use the poor quality of the car Bluetooth rather than the Sennheiser with its failure to connect and maintain a connection when it eventually does.
Simply headsets has been excellent in the past years. I’ve just lost all faith in EPOS/Sennheiser.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your headset. Please feel free to contact our support team on 1300 082 505 and we can try to troubleshoot the issue with you. You are of course also covered by 2 year manufacturers warranty if there is a problem we cant fix.
As for the issue you are having with the voice prompts, its possible you have just deactivated this on the headset. If you hold down the mute button and the multi-fuction (answer) button for about 5 seconds you should hear the headset say "voice off" or "voice on"
“The Sennheiser MB Pro 1 headset works well. Probably I found with the headset as I am using it as mobile headset device in an Heavy vehicle, so with the headset ear piece just sitting on the ear makes it hard to hear.
Was looking at the Adapt 563 to replace however ear piece still looks to small. Have Sony headset at present, mic is issue with them.”
