BUYER BEWARE: 1) Devices will not stay connected or reconnect to PC without proprietary dongle. It's not directly stated anywhere but their dongle is REQUIRED as Epos do not support Intel wireless Bluetooth systems or any other Bluetooth protocols. 2) Epos Support is dismissive, are fully aware of the limitations of their product but are unconcerned about informing consumers of this prior to purchase and the only solution provided to resolve this known issue is to purchase more equipment from them. 3) Devices have extremely poor sound quality. 4) Devices are poorly engineered, hard to operate and flimsy. A personal note; our company brought 18 of these devices, after months of testing, providing logs, troubleshooting, meetings, chasing up answers, asking them to adhere to Australian consumer law, being stonewalled by the Melbourne based Sales manager and just generally run in circles wasting time. I would suggest avoid Epos all together, if you are looking for a headset that has excellent sound quality and works without skipping a beat I can highly recommend the Jabra evolve 65 also sold here at Simply Headset which we replaced these paperweights with. I am hoping this review will save someone some pain and money.

Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Sennheiser/Epos headsets. We are sorry to hear you had troubles with them and didn't get the resolution you were hoping for from the manufacturer. We appreciate your feedback regarding the use of the USB dongles. While the headsets can function without them, both we and the manufacturers strongly recommend using the dongles for a more secure and stable connection, particularly in environments with multiple Bluetooth devices in close proximity. In such scenarios, relying solely on direct Bluetooth connectivity may lead to intermittent connections and increased interference. It's worth noting that your initial testing with a couple of headsets may have worked well without the dongles due to the limited number of devices involved. However, as you expanded to 18 units in a confined space, the density of Bluetooth signals likely contributed to the issues you encountered. We understand that this information may not have been explicitly communicated to you by the manufacturer. We're glad to hear that we were able to assist and the Jabra Evolve 65 headsets are working well for you. We would still recommend that you use the included USB dongles with these to avoid any interference issues now or in the future. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Your review helps us improve our offerings and better educate future customers about the importance of using the USB dongles, especially in busy office environments. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Cumbersome and awkward to use. They're now kept in a draw.

Love the headset, very comfortable and connects with charge stand really easily. Occasionally sound quality not great, not sure if it's the caller or the headset - maybe a bit of both. Overall love it, super convenient.

Bluetooth anything never seems to work well, patching connection and I can't even remember what else as I chucked it in a draw in frustration and went back to my wired $15 headset i got on ebay. Overpriced piece of 'look at me'.
