“I work as a CSO for a large call center. This headset is used for a solid 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. It's light and comfortable to use all day without headache and small enough so they don't get in the way or look make me like an extra in a b grade sci-fi movie. The sound quality is excellent for voice however I haven't tried it for music. It works well with MS Teams and Genesys. The build quality is also great, using metal components instead of plastics. They are expensive but the quality is there and you get what you pay for.”
