Noise suppression on calls is the best and clarity for both ends of the call is fantastic. Convenient and discreet in use I often wear it for many hours at a time. A couple of glitches with early failure was annoying, however Simply Headsets stepped up quickly with solutions. Overall great product and great company to deal with.”
“Not really a great headset. Too easily lost as the ear hook catches anything in the pocket and falls out. With no Find Me function. Also, I find that Sennheiser's service is poor when something goes wrong. Back to Apple for me.”

Sorry you've not had much joy with your Presence earbuds. There is a version that comes with a carry case to keep them safe, the Adapt Presence UC but we understand that's not always convenient. If ever you need support, please feel free to call us. If we're not available, our answering service will suggest you call the manufacturer but if you ask for us to get back to you, we always will.
You may like to have a look at the Jabra Evolve2 Buds or Poly Voyager Free 60 if you fancy a change from Apple.
