“I needed this dongle to be able to access MS Teams through my hearing aids. While it was successful in fulfilling this need and I can now access all of these types of apps (zoom, etc), there is a problem with the sound level. I get to sound level 30 and it is not quite enough - when I up it to sound level 31, there is a larger increase (that say between 29 and 30 or between 31 and 32) and the sound level is too high. While I cope with it for my meetings, it means that I take down the connection and reconnect to my phone to listen to music, podcasts etc.”
The Link 370 dongle is designed to work with Jabra headsets so using it with other unapproved/tested devices such as hearing aids can sometimes result in varied results. That being said, the link 370 doesn't have a volume control. This would be a computer or hearing aid setting.
“I bought it confusing the Jabra headset I had was Evolve 75 when it was Engage 75 for which the Jabra Link 370 MS was not compatible. On realising the error I contacted Simply Headsets immediately and I was told that as I had unwrapped it, I couldn't return it nor could I receive a store credit.
