“The headset has made it easier to hear my clients when they call and easier for my clients to hear me. I was aware that my office could be noisy at times but until I used the headset's Active Noise Cancelling I was not aware of just how much background noise I was working against. The headset has reduced my call times as I spend less time asking clients to repeat something they said and they spend less time asking me to repeat what I said. It has reduced the stress of taking a high call load each day as I am no longer straining to hear clients. A very worthwhile purchase.”

“Great headset. Sound quality is excellent and sound pickup is equally good. Noise cancelling works well and the headset is comfortable to wear for extended periods. Wireless connection never misses a beat.
Base station would be more functional if un/mute could be toggled there. The advertised Bluetooth connection has never worked, which is disappointing.
Overall, great but with a couple of small misses.”
