“The headset keeps dropping out when using TEAMS. Sometimes the problem is with the audio, sometimes the microphone, sometimes both. I have had the same issue with another brand of wired headset, but a better quality (and much more expensive) Plantronics wireless headset works fine. I think you get what you pay for!”
