“Good sound quality, and very comfy to wear. Works well with most programs (though refer to Note 3 below)
Note 1: After a year, the soft cushioning on the headband has started to disintegrate, so I get black bits all over my hair & desk.
Note 2: Always remember to turn the headset off when you take it off - my colleague had the same one & often forgot & the headset battery broke down after only a few months.
Note 3: It often seems to need to be sorted out after Windows updates - i.e. either sound or voice goes missing & we have to reset & go into system settings to fix it. Sometimes it will be ok in one program but not another.”
