From the start getting the correct information and support choosing the best headset was a wonderful experience. I had many questions i was unsure but the staff were very helpful. My item came within a few days and was simple to set up. I would recommend simply headsets to get the best advice, great products and fantastic prices.

Great product, good range and easy to connect to both pc and mobile. I use it with teams daily. The noise cancellation is great but I push one side off my ear so I can hear background noise, this may be a setting but I didn’t read the manual. My negatives are that it’s quite soft on my head and if my hair is in front of my ears the headset slides around a bit. Also I get frustrated that even when it’s docked, it still takes my phone call and audio off my phone randomly. It should be smart enough to know it’s docked and I’m not needing it to auto connect.

Great headset. Purchased for noise cancelling capability and ease of use between multiple devices. Definitely met expectations.

Awesome equipment and highly recommended. We use the Plantronics to enable our customer support team members to work remotely from home. Perfect for telephony via laptop PC and amazing quality.

Doesn't always auto answer, not that it is a huge deal. The volume seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes, goes down, have had a day it kept going to zero, so I would answer and have to dive into the volume on the computer to put it to the level I need it at. If I bend over with the headset on, often wants to slip off my head. I like when it is working fine. Also, tried plugging in my headset to run an update, it seemed to do nothing.
