“The sound is great, headset is comfortable. however, clients on the phone complain they cannot hear me a lot of the time and the Bluetooth keeps automatically disconnecting from my laptop. not very convenient in the middle of a work call, unfortunately. I was hoping buying a more expensive headset would avoid these problems.”

You are of course also covered by the 2 year warranty so if we cant resolve the issues we can certainly take care of a claim for you.
