Thanks for your review. The call control function is dependent on coding in the softphone. If that's not programmed in, in all likelhood you won't get call control with any headset. Do be sure to use the USB dongle (not Bluetooth from the laptop) and use Poly Lens (link below)to keep the headset up to date in case the softphone gets updated.
