We recently purchased the Plantronics/Poly Voyager 4310-M UC Bluetooth Headset V4310 USB-A, With Charging Stand on the recommendation of one of the staff from another office. This headset is easy to use, has very clear sound and is very comfortable, so much so that I forget I have it on.

This is just what I wanted when working from home. I am able to move around throughout my town house while in meetings. I have not had any connectivity issues and the ear pad makes it very comfy to wear for long periods. Well worth it!

This headset is the most comfortable headset I have ever owned. The clarity of the sound is excellent. I love that I can change the cushions once they get past their used-by date, this option makes this product more sustainable than my previous headsets. Sales service was brilliant with the product arriving quickly.

Purchased this headset and use it in the car om the street and on specific jobs. Audio with noise cancelling is great. You can add a small muffle to stop outdoor wind noise.

All good except can press the button on the headset to answer a call from the telephony software package

Hi Anthony Thanks for your review. The call control function is dependent on coding in the softphone. If that's not programmed in, in all likelhood you won't get call control with any headset. Do be sure to use the USB dongle (not Bluetooth from the laptop) and use Poly Lens (link below)to keep the headset up to date in case the softphone gets updated.
