Love the tiny USB dongle unlike a previous headset I had and can just stay in my work laptop indefinately.
The companion app is recommended to adjust settings (can thankfully turn off voice prompts so that they are just tones).
My only bad experience is when I had it also paired to my phone to listen to music, which after a phone call on the laptop, I was unable to unpause my music until I opened softphone settings. Possibly just a bug and not a big concern as I don't need to listen to music and can easily use another device.
Otherwise a great product for any workplace.”

“Apart from the excellent service by Simply Headsets for which I have already done a google review, these headsets are amazing.
I am using them now for almost a month. The battery life is really long. It works seamlessly with MS Teams. I can connect my laptop and phone together at the same time and take calls from both.
Just listening to music is also great. The quality is amazing. Bluetooth range for laptop using the dongle is really good. I can be on a different floor and sound quality is amazing.”
