Unfortunately yes, the quick start guides that the manufacturers provide with the headsets can be a little brief on details.
We do include links to the full product user manuals on our website as well as a link to the full user guide in the tax invoice you get sent after purchase. These are much more detailed.

“This is a great headset especially if you’re taking calls constantly as part of your profession. The battery life carries me through 2-3 days before I have to recharge. The headset is comfortable (as someone with a larger head) and its shape makes it easy to slide off after a call. The only thing to note is sometimes there’s difficulty in keeping the volume level the same once connected to the laptop although that’s not a normal occurrence. The charging station is easy and straight forward. The headset is perfect for anyone looking to work from home.”
