There's a multi function button in the middle of the earcup. That said how it works depends on what you're connecting to. You should be able to answer calls from a mobile as long as the headset is on and paired. If you're using with MS Teams, this functionality can depend on some settings in Teams or on the headset via the Poly Lens app. Do get in touch if we can help further - info@simplyheadsets.com.au
