“Overall these are excellent headsets, removes background noise efficiently, would be great if they were just a bit softer on the ears like my Sony noise cancelling headsets.”

Kris, I'm so sorry you're having issues there. You should certainly NOT be experiencing dropout and we want to get that fixed for you!
I'd recommend a couple of things;
Firstly check the firmware is up to date via the Jabra Direct app https://www.jabra.com.au/software-and-services/jabra-direct.
If that doesn't help, do make sure that the dropout doesn't happen when you use speakers or a different headset.
If the headset is indeed faulty, please get in touch with us at info@simplyheadsets.com.au with your order number and the headset serial number so we can arrange a warranty claim for you.
