“Drops in and out when connected to bluetooth and I hear output but people tell me they can't always hear me speaking, have to change settings all the time, decided to use cords plugged into laptop to get better input & output connections. Not the best solution as purchased to use headset connected without cords and to bluetooth settings.”

Thanks for your feedback and so sorry to hear you are having some troubles with the headset.
We and the manufacturers would always recommend using the USB dongle when connecting to the computer rather than a direct BT connection.
Also make sure when connecting via the dongle that you are not then also direct BT to the computer as the same time as the double connection will then cause problems as well.
