A great product, the MS version seems to have all the functionality of the UC version *plus* MS Teams integration. Two gripes - when answering an MS Teams call on my computer softphone, any media running on the computer continues to play. When answering any other device, it'll automatically pause the media on the computer. Secondly, there's always a 1-2 second fade-in into any sound on the computer, which means that you miss notification sounds (you just get 2 seconds taken out of whatever you were doing on your other device) and the first 2 seconds of your media is lost. Jabra doesn't seem to recognise this issue anywhere, and provides no way to avoid the issue (that I have found, anyway). Don't let it stop you though - everything else is great!

Very comfortable over-ear headphones. ANC works well and hear through function means you don't need to remove your headset. The quality of sound stays clear even at the highest volume. Combine all this and you can block out even the most annoying coworker allowing you to focus on the tasks without interruption.

It's great when it works, but the device is unstable. I've now had two of these and each of them dropped audio on occasion on calls - perhaps the on ear detection plays up and thinks you've taken the headset off, so mutes things inadvertently. My second one has no stopped all audio and as dead (after 6 months). Better off looking at other options.

Happy with the headset, however the charging stand only works intermittently, which is problematic
