“I like the corded headset and I have less issues with using Teams and Zoom. The Bluetooth always gave me trouble.
The sound is fine and the background noise is filtered out well.

There are several different models of headset in the Evolve range. (20, 30, 40, 50, 65, 75, 80 and then the new evolve2 range)
The Evolve 20 is the basic entry level model designed for users who only want to work with USB for computer.
The next model up - Evolve 30 - comes with a 3.5mm and USB-A connection
And the Evolve 40 model comes with the 3.5mm jack and USB connection but comes in a range of USB-A or C variants.

Actually I bought this product by mistake. I need the jack that can be connected to my phone and other devices but because this one is attached and unable to detach from the headset. I am wondering if it is possible to get a refund or get the standard one without the usb cord.”
“Great headset with clear clarity from both ends of the call. The controls work really way and very easy to use. Having lights on the control unit also makes it easier to find the right buttons and easy to see when you are on mute or not. Highly recommended!”
