“From the beginning, the connection has been inconsistent—frequently cutting in and out. Each time the connection drops, I’ve had to either gently tap the button or press the connection point more firmly to restore it.
Unfortunately, this issue has occurred multiple times during important meetings, which has been quite disruptive. As a result, I’ve had to revert to using my previous headset for reliability.”

So sorry to hear this, it sounds like there may be a loose connection in the headset.
Can you please give us a call or email us with your details, we will need a current shipping address and the serial number off the headset and we can get this replaced under warranty for you.
