“Really enjoying this headset for working from home! It connects quickly and easily to my mobile & laptop. The range is very long and it’s comfortable to wear. The battery life is huge as well, I don’t think I’ve ever put this thing on my head and it wasn’t forever fully charged!
The only two cons I’d have for it would be the USB connection to my laptop didn’t work but it works fine via Bluetooth so it’s no biggie. The other one would be there’s no mute button on the headset itself so if I want to mute myself I have to press it on the phone.”

Sorry that you are having issues with your dongle, if you haven't already give us a call on 1300 082 505 to discuss. We can try troubleshoot it with you and if that doesn't resolve the issue we can always get it replaced under the 2 year warranty for you.
As for the mute - these headsets do have a mute feature but it is not on its own separate button.
On the side of your headset you have your volume control - up/down. If you hold the down button for about 2 seconds that will mute your microphone, hold it for 2 seconds again to take it back off.
