I am happy with the headset, however how do I adjust the volume of the headset? There is no instructions manual that comes with it about adjusting the volume.
Also, will it be under warranty? If so, how long?

I have just sent you an email with full user guide for your headset and highlighted the pages with the info relevant to volume adjustment.
The headset is covered by a 2 year warranty, if you ever have any issues please give us a call on 1300 082 505.
