“I purchased tweo of these head sets for the ladies in Sales as the other models they were using were always dropping out or couldn't connect, and they were getting frustrated whilst trying to connect with customers.
I reviewed this headset and others and based on the feed back from other customers decided to purchase two sets.

Set up was so easy to connect with Microsoft Teams and they have not had any issues since purchased a month ago and being bluetooth they can roam around the office and still be connected.
