“The customer service was good. I explained what I wanted and they made some excellent suggestions. The headset arrived within the time frame it said it should. I didn't have too many issues with the initial setup. It paired well and I connected it up. However, after attempting to adjust it to connect to my phone and laptop it gets confused and sometimes connects the phone but not the laptop or vice versa. I called the support service and they recommended some fixes but it became messy and complicated so now I only use it exclusively with my laptop. It slides off my head very easily if I tilt too far forward or back and can get a little uncomfortable to wear after 4 hours of use. The quality however is crystal clear. Blocks out coughing or sneezing accidently and reduces background noise. The buttons? are a bit too simplistic. I am still unable to correctly use the mute feature on calls. I cannot end calls well and due to the location of the on and off switch and the Bluetooth pairing being in the same place sometimes you can accidentally disconnect and it's a scramble to reconnect but I have downloaded Jabra direct for connectivity issues.”
