Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your headset.
If you haven't already I would suggest checking for firmware updates via the Jabra direct software - https://www.jabra.com/software-and-services/jabra-direct
If that doesn't help I would try a reset and then repair the device to your phone (make sure you tell the phone to forget the device)
