“I had used the Sennheiser wired headset 3 times previously for the great quality. But the rotating arm started to affect the sound quality (cut out, crackle etc), so finally tried another high end wired headset.
Couldn’t be happier with the Poly black, sound and mic are great, smooth arm mechanism for sure, but will see how it goes.
So far so good! It’s a really nice upgrade.”
