“After some teething issues that turned out to be entirely software related and specific to my work set-up, the headset has been amazing. Microphone fencing and noise cancellation in the office environment are worlds apart from my previous headsets and make all the difference to being able to concentrate on a call. Comfort is great, perhaps a little tight after a few hours wearing but still much better than any others I've tried.
Integration with teams works beautifully (again, something I could not say for my MS Teams certified MICROSOFT brand BT headset). Dongle mode is simple, BT works without hassle, and wired mode is equally as easy to use.
Configuration is also super simple and easy with Poly Lens (which I didn't need admin rights to get on my PC - a huge plus). Being able to configure audio quality vs battery life, etc. is great.
On a side note, these are also great for spreading managed democracy in my free time. Audio quality is great, noise cancelling is great whether you want some noise coming in or none, and battery life is awesome. Switches between my Helldivers Gaming PC (BT) and work PC (Dongle) without hassle. Once more, something my previous headset really struggled with.
Hard to recommend more, hands down one of the best headsets I've used.”
