“Unfortunately I had to purchase a new headset and could not get a refund on the one I had purchased not that long ago as I couldn't see the serial number on the headset and found it too complicated to try and find it "on the app". So quite disappointed, but need a compliant headset for work.”

Thanks for your feedback and we totally get your frustration. Warranty claims shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt.
Unfortunately, the serial number is something the manufacturer requires to kick off any and all warranty claims, and without it, we’re all genuinely stuck - we can’t bypass that step, as much as we’d love to help faster.
That said, as mentioned via email there are a few different ways to find the serial number: 1. It’s on the headset itself (though we agree, it’s annoyingly tiny), or 2. it can be found easily through the free Poly/HP apps on your phone or computer. When you reached out, we shared a guide that walks through the steps to find it via the app, and we’re still happy to pick things up where we left off.
The headset will stay under warranty for 2 years from purchase, so if you do happen to spot the serial number later (or feel like giving the app another try), we’ll be here and ready to lodge your claim.
