“Hi there we have been using the Plantronics/Poly CS540 Headset With HL10 Lifter now for a couple of months, we are finding it very go qualty compaired to any other ones we have used. If i cause say one thing in which would be good to have with the unit is to here the phone ringing through the headset as we need to go out to the warehouse from time to time, so if you could explain to me if there is a setting in the unit in which this could happen, or if there is anything that can be added to the unit for this function, other that we find the unit to be great”
