Yes this is correct, All wireless headsets require an additional part to be able to answer/end calls from the headset. These are sold as separate items as different phones require different parts. Some phone manufacturers even make their own parts to enable this feature.
When you add a desk phone wireless headset to your cart you will be prompted to select your make and model of phone and it will then bring up the required connection and give you the option to add this to your cart as well.
Headsets will work without these parts but to then answer calls you need to press the headset button on the phone as well as the button on the headset.
