“I reviewed several video and written assessments of the Yealink WH63 Headset, which appeared to suit my requirements. Unfortunately, my initial impression proved to be incorrect. During the first day of usage, the headset functioned adequately; however, issues arose shortly thereafter. I could hear the caller, but they were unable to hear me. I contacted Simply Headsets, who advised me to reach out to Yealink directly. Regrettably, the customer service experience I encountered with Yealink was unsatisfactory. On my first call, I was informed that they were on lunch and advised to call back in 2-3 hours. When I called again, I was met with the same lack of response. It appears that the headset will remain unused in its box.”
