“We have used plantronics headsets for years. various models but all Teams ceritfied. Have always had issues with noise cancelling geting confused and then actually cutting users voice out. only solution was to restart headset. also the call aswer button regually stopped working.
After years of this we decided to start using Yealink WH66 Teams Headset. We love the features such as the screen that shows if the user is on the phone (really handy for users that have people start talking without knowing you are on the phone already as they can see on your phone screen)
The screen also shows call controls which is also handy for hanging up if you dont use the headset button.
So far the ausdio quality is excellent both ways and the user experience is really good. No complaints only rave reviews from our staff.
Trouble is now everyone wants one.”
