The Skar Audio SK-M5001D class D monoblock amplifier is part of the new mini amplifier series product lineup from Skar Audio. The SK-M5001D was engineered to be compact, but provide the power and reliability expected out of larger amplifiers. Featuring a high speed MOSFET power supply, and an efficient Class D design, this amplifier is powerful, reliable, and extremely versatile.

The SK-M5001D makes for a great amplifier in applications where space is limited but power cannot be sacrificed. In addition, this monoblock subwoofer amplifier features high level input connections for those installations that lack an RCA connection. Further adding to the versatility of this amplifier are it's subsonic and low-pass filters, allowing for ultimate user control.

“amp needs better cooling heatsink or openings, definitely delivers the power its supposed to but under moderate playing would get hot to the touch and then go into thermal overload. changed it to a skar rp800.1 and upon looking over the design of that amp it has proper cooling/ ventilation ports and haven't had any issues since. still love your products quality and will continue to use them.”
