“I replaced (6) JL 8.8s with (6) of these skars and can saw I’m Blown away. I’ve used JL audio for years and still have 3 of their subs in my system. But I have gone to the skars for the full range and for the amps and I’m very impressed. Hard to beat for the price, we’ll see how they hold up to rated rms power and weatherability, I don’t expect to be as rugged as the jls but for the price it’s hard to beat. Every channel is tuned properly using math to get the proper gain setting per channel so if the speakers do fail it’ll be on them and not the power supply. Skar NEEDS to make marine subwoofers and then they’ll have a legit shot at being a player in the marine game. Will be a returning customer for sure.”

“What is there to review ? Looks ? Yes they look nice. I just bought them and install is yet to happen during the winter offseason, in our drag race trailer. Shipping ? Yes they came promptly. As far as a product performance review, ask me a year from now when I can give you an honest evaluation of your product after we have used them for a season.”
