“Overall product easy to use, but unfortunately for us here I've tried the Urine and Odor destroyer over and over again on our basement floor and it hasn't solved our problem here. My cat still keeps urinating in the same spot. I have tried everything I can think of here. Took him to the vet to see if urinary problem as well, but seems product just wont work on our floor. Guess many others have had better luck. Just have to call this gallon of solution a loss. We've used about half?”

“The media could not be loaded. While the product works well, the design for the trigger sprayer is terrible. The pressure used for pulling the trigger caused the sprayer to come off the bottle. I lost nearly half the product on the floor. I have had to support the bottle while using the trigger. Poor design. I didn't buy off Amazon, but a local pet supply business.”
