I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with your purchase! Our Litter Box Deodorizer will eliminate stinky odor molecules on contact to help with freshness in between cleanings. Please keep in mind that the smell will return if the source of the odor is not removed. May I ask how this product was applied and how frequently? How often is the litter box typically changed? Is it possible you are having trouble with urine outside of the litter box as well? I’d love to see if I can help.

“I bought this product at a local PetSmart and had to track down this website and this product just to leave a review.
I was desperate to get the smell out of our litter room for so many reasons - it's horrible, I have clients coming in, and we don't own the place. I've had cats all my life but have my first male cat now, and the ammonia that's in his litter is enough to almost blind a person. It burns your nose and your eyes.
I didn't even know this type of product was a thing, and out of desperation I looked up "litter deodourizer". Went with this one because it didn't have any chemicals in it that would hurt my animals.
It's amazing. It really and truly gets rid of the smell. Don't hesitate on this if you're struggling like I was.”
