“I've had three bottles in total. The first I purchased in PetSmart and was perfectly fine. The second, from Amazon, I had to dump because of salt like crystals inside and a heavy bleach smell; also the inside of the box it was shipped in was stained white, like bleach had been spilt. I received a new free bottle from the company and thought it was fine till I recently had to use a heavy amount and all I could smell was the bleach. I was told it smells this way due to removing the plant fragrance, but it's not very pleasant and I probably won't buy again. Fine product if you don't mind the smell.”

“Bought two of these and the nozzles on both stopped working! (Wouldn't move in/out.) I had to transfer the contents to an empty bottle with a sprayer that worked.UPDATE: The product has a shelf life. One year later and there is a fair amount of white sediment in the bottom of the bottle. I'll stick with Nature's Miracle from now on.”

“This product has a great smell to it, not overbearing. We had a watermelon explode in our house and for several weeks tried everything to get rid of the smell, nature's miracle, baking soda...and others. When we received the Odor Eliminator in the mail we decided to give it a try. It worked great and we were so happy that it took out the final lingering smell of the rotted watermelon! We originally bought this to just spray in the house every so often to get rid of the occasional pet smell you get in your house and were happy to have it on hand to take care of the watermelon issue. “For every dog owner that has a dog bed this product works good. I have a dog bed for my dog where I can wash the pillow. I remove the outside pillow cover and wash the cover. That is all well and good to clean the pillow cover but for many dog pillows you cannot wash the pillow. Sure you get the pillow cover clean but the pillow still has the dog smelly funk in it. So there are days when I don't want to wash the pillow because it takes so long to dry one even in a laundromat dryer. I follow the instructions on the bottle and spray accordingly. When the pillow dries the smell is all gone or almost gone. You can spray it again if you need to. It will work good on pillows that can't be washed. I have had my share of non-washable pillows. Lets say you have to have the dog bed inside your house, if you can't wash the pillow be can wash the cover what good is that? The cover won't stop the smell of the pillow wafting through the cover. Your house will stink in that area. I like the product it works for me.”
