Works great to clean and remove odors! Use it both on vinyl plank flooring and my shag rug. Love it!

I was hoping this product would be the one for my carpets. I'm not sure if I was using it correctly or not but my initial application didn't seem to work. I think I have too big a stain problem for this to work well. It did do a great job on a small stain but didn't seem to take care of larger stained areas.

Hi Deborah, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'd love to help. Is the stain older or new? How large of an area does the stain cover? What type of stain is it? How are you applying the Stain & Odor Remover? Thank you, Susie

I have a kitten who started marking and this stuff is a lifesaver. I tried everything cleaners, baking soda, vinegar you name it and this stuff is the only thing that worked. I’m not sure if it’s the product or my cat grew out of the phase but he is not marking anymore. Highly recommend.

This is very strong smelling but both eliminates urine odor but the smell deters them somewhat. No product I’ve ever tried works completely including deterring, but this is one of the best I’ve used.

This stuff is amazing. I bought originally for my newly adopted dog, but she has yet to have an accident indoors (knock on wood). I have had to use it in my car twice after a sun roof leak caused a puddle and a horrible musty smell. Two applications and BAM gone. It’s amazing.

Really like this product for removing stains and odors. I found it took two applications to be most effective for me. Heavy spray, wait 5 minutes then absorb/rub with paper towels, then repeat spray, wait 5 and finish with paper towels.
