Hi Kim, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your package! I looked into your tracking information and unfortunately your package was damaged in transit. “So I bought this because we moved into a new house, which made my cat spray all over the basement. We have been using it for that but I was wondering if I could use it for human urine, too. (I have four boys and my fianc√© here) Well, it worked for around my toilets and now I‚Äôm hooked!”

“I swear by Scout's Honor. I gave used it for at least 4 years. I have multiple cats and dogs. This product immediately removes the urine smell every time. It is much superior to the other products I have used to get rid of the urine smell.”
