“I really think the product works amazing, I just wish it didnt take so much product to make the urine smell disappear, I had one pee spot from a puppy, and I had to use one whole 3oz bottle, and then another 8oz of another one to get the scent completely gone. Product works, it just takes a a lot of it! The price seems way expensive, i love that it works but, may just consider replacing my carpet in future if more accidents occur as its so expensive to get the smell out.”

Our cleaners are Professional Strength, so you really shouldn't need to use that much. I'd love to hear how you are using it to see if I can help. One stain should only need a few ounces to do the trick.

“House we moved into has carpet in two rooms that are basically ruined by pet urine,and being rental not replacing flooring. This seems to make the most difference of al the tons of things Ive tried. But since so much of the carpet needs it, its a bit difficult to say for sure if its gone gone as I didnt get enough to do the whole entire floor.”

“This definitely worked on an area we tried it on. Only problem is, we had to use the whole container to soak it completely, because of the type of carpet we have...so we have another area that is quite a bit larger, will definitely take a bigger container to do the job.”
