I bought Skouts Honor after another laundry additive I liked was no longer in stock on amazon. “This stuff is a miracle for cat owners. My husband's cat is diabetic and when he gets sick, he hides in the laundry hamper. I noticed he had been hiding again for a day but imagine my surprise when I came home from work and went to start a load of laundry and found everything in the hamper, soaked in cat urine. Over $200 worth of new work scrubs, towels, everything ruined. I started soaking it all in another well known brand but the smell of their laundry formula was so strong it was sickening. On a whim I purchased this, added it to each load (cold water) and let it soak for 2 hours with an extra rinse cycle. The urine smell is gone and so is the perfume smell from the other stuff. I was scared of what everything would smell like after I ran it through the dryer. Terrified the cat pee smell would come back but it didn't. It's GONE FOR GOOD! This stuff saved me a ton of money.
