“I have used this shampoo on my Border Heeler since I got her at 9 weeks old. I have always loved the scent and how soft my dog is after this. Unfortunately, the last few showers she has had with this I have seen her scratch a lot more and when I finally took a look at her skin (which is a little hard since she has a thick double coat) I noticed that she has dandruff and red irritated dry skin from this shampoo. so disappointed, not sure if the formula has changed or what but now I will sadly have to look for a new shampoo brand.”
