Only Con that I have with it is my dog has been shedding/ loosing way more hair then usual. As it was stated to help with shedding but has actually made it worse. I‚Äôm hoping that it is just her losing her winter coat but it doesn‚Äôt seem like it‚Äôs the under coat that she usually sheds this time of year. I have stopped using the product until I‚Äôm able to figure out what the loss of hair is from.”

“When I received this shampoo, I first did a skin patch test to make sure it wasn‚Äôt harmful and then I put multiple samples under a microscope to look for probiotics. All I found was dead cellular debris. There are no probiotics in this shampoo. There may have been at one time, but the shampoo has killed everything. To call this a probiotic shampoo is false advertising. With the high concentrations of dead material in this product, I‚Äôm afraid it might cause more allergies than it cures. You guys should be sued for false advertising. What a waste of money.”

thank you for testing out our products. You are correct in that you cannot see live probiotics in our products. Our probiotics are encapsulated and will appear in solution as tiny little specs, approximately one or two microns in wide. The encapsulate technology keeps actives segregated and stabilized, even in harsh environments. Encap wall materials are stable to pH (2-12), temperature (freeze to 80C), shear, ethanol, and surfactants.
After use, drying/shear releases the probiotic components and beneficial flora promotes skin health by competing with pathogens. We performed a case study in which the encapsulated probiotic was suspended in hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial soap.
