“This item was delivered without a cap on the bottle. Fortunately it had an inner liner so it did not leak all over my other items. Unfortunately if I use the item I will not be able to reseal it. I can't rate the item because I'm hesitant to open it since I can't secure the item after use.”

So I wipe this product onto the dog‚Äôs face using a towel, and the smell was gone.The product itself has strong chlorine smell which is better than a skunk smell”
