“This is my 2nd time using this product in 4 weeks and my dog has developed serious skin inflammation!! He is a great dane mastiff and we have change nothing except this shampoo. He eats balanced raw and has for 2 years. He is very healthy and now he is itchy, has dandruff, his beautiful fur is falling out in patches all over with exposed bald spot and his skin in red and inflamed. I feel terrible to have made this change and caused him such discomfort. This product may work for some but it has been a nightmare for me.”

“Only 3 stars because I bought it so hopefully as a true detangler to help me comb the billions of daily sticky burrs out of my golden retriever every night, as well as repel new ones on my ranch, but alas‚Äîit has little effect. My last hope. I‚Äôve tried our horse stuff‚Äîcowboy magic & show sheen, which works great on manes, but not on my golden.Both of us detest the smell of those horse conditioners, but was so relieved that scouts honor had an unscented detangler, natural ingredients, which is why it is still a good product‚Äîfor someone else‚Äôs dog, I‚Äôm sure. Maybe as a conditioner. But did nothing for my girl to make her hair more slick & manageable with the burrs.So we will continue the daily hour long brush out. Attached before and after brush out photos. Without much help from this product. Oh well‚Ķmaybe it will work for your dog.

“This works wonders for my schnauzer. She has a traditional cut but also spends a lot of time outside when the weather is nice, so she comes back in tangled and smelly. I spray this on her at end of day and brush her out and she smells and looks like a new dog! This is not a replacement for bathing, but can add a few days between baths. I'm very pleased with my purchase. It gets out the mats and tangles easily and adds a pleasant smell.”
