“The shampoo and conditioner made my dogs coats very soft and shiny. They are still scratching though. I've only used it once so I'm not giving up yet! I've heard that it could be the food that they're eating also. Do you guys recommend any particular brand of food? Thanks!”

I'm so sorry to hear you are not happy with the product. I would love to help! Sometimes if you find it hard to rinse and you are not getting enough suds, diluting it will help! Try pouring a few ounces into an empty water bottle and then filling the rest with water. Shake well and then apply to pet. Rinsing should be easier this way too.
Sometimes our shampoos won't suds like the other pet shampoos because they are paraben and sulfate free, which are the ingredients that usually cause sudsing in other pet shampoos.
