Hi Debbie, Im sorry you haven't seen any results yet. Although many of our customers see instant results, sometimes it will take some pets -4 weeks of consistent use for the skin to restore. Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every -4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skins natural biome and doesnt disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Hope that helps and let me know if you are still not seeing results in a week or two! We are here to help! Elyse, Skout's Honor

We bought the shampoo and conditioner of the honeysuckle and still couldn’t be happier! We recently added another dog to our family a German Shepherd catahoula leopard dog mix. She was a shelter dog that was in the PUPP program at the prison. When we took her home on adoption day they bathed her so we waited to use skout’s, her hair was extremely coarse and felt stiff, after one use her fur was extremely soft and she looked like a whole new girl! We’ve used this on my golden retriever since she was 8 weeks old and now at 13 months we still love it! This is will always be my go to!
