I have used it twice on my dog and she still has no relief from the itching. I have taken her to the vet and she has allergies, so I was hoping this shampoo would give her some relief. Even alittle improvement would of been nice.

Hi Sharon, Sometimes it takes up to 4 weeks of consistent use to see results. Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results for your pup! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every -4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skins natural biome and doesnt disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Diluting can make it much easier to spread and lather throughout the coat and rinse out, plus it is super easy to do. Simply pour roughly 1 FL.OZ. (one shot-glass full) per 0-pounds of doggie into an old water bottle or dilution bottle (available on our website!) and top off with water. Dont worry about over diluting, as long as the entire contents of the bottle get on the animal youll be just fine. Message into the skin with both hands for up to -minutes and rinse out. Hope that helps and let us know if you are still not seeing results after a few weeks!

I have only used it once so far but I like it. It smells really good and his coat is nice and shiny. Time will tell if it works.
