“I love this shampoo makes the dogs soft and easy to dry and they smell amazing, but the shipping needs to be better I have had 2 bottles leak all over I only returned 1 bottle it's a pain to return this when it could of easily been avoided with a piece of tape I hope my 3 bottle doesnt leak.”

“I received a sample of Scout's Honor Shampoo and Conditioner. I used it on my three-year-old Australian Shepherd. Within and hour of using this shampoo, her hair has started falling out. I have brushed her several times and each time more fur comes out. She now has bare patches on her rear that were not there before. Thank heavens I used a sample before wasting my money on the full product. I would never recommend this product!
