“Just received this shampoo today. First, I have to say, they REALLY need to change the way they ship it. It arrived completely covered in shampoo. It was a mess. There was quite a lot of shampoo lost from the leakage. I drew a black line showing the level in the bottle before use.I do love the scent though.

“I love how this shampoo cleaned our itchy dog. He is way less scratchy, and more comfortable in his skin. And the scent is lovely and long lasting. My only complaint is when the package arrived, the shampoo bottle was in a sealed bag, and the top had opened during transit. About a quarter of the bottle was in the sealed bag. Ive seen other comments regarding this same thing and would suggest that perhaps the seller could urge the manufacturer to use a better cap on the bottle. $0 a bottle should provide a better packaging system.Otherwise, were happy with the product and so is our mutt.”
“This is my nd time using this product in 4 weeks and my dog has developed serious skin inflammation!! He is a great dane mastiff and we have change nothing except this shampoo. He eats balanced raw and has for years. He is very healthy and now he is itchy, has dandruff, his beautiful fur is falling out in patches all over with exposed bald spot and his skin in red and inflamed. I feel terrible to have made this change and caused him such discomfort. This product may work for some but it has been a nightmare for me.”
