“I got this shampoo for my older sheltie who was scratching continuously. I would have to STRONGLY agree there needs to be better packaging! Product arrived and had leaked, I lost about inches of the shampoo. Doesn't make sense to me with so many different ways to package liquids. This shampoo isn't cheap, come on Skout's Honor! That said, I liked the shampoo. It felt "heavy" on my fingers, sort of greasy which concerned me due to the very heavy coat of a sheltie. I was oh so pleasantly surprised to find that after using and blowing out my girl her coat was beautiful and had the "lift" of a show dog. I groom shelties for show, their coats can be very difficult and exasperating to work with. This shampoo made my job a lot easier! It left her coat clean smelling and feeling, easy to brush/comb out after blowing her dry. Her itching subsided some which was wonderful to see. I will not bathe a sheltie every day nor every week if I can help it, for this one it is a 3 hour job from start to finish. 3 weeks after using this shampoo she was scratching much less. I will purchase again but will pay the extra to buy at my pet store. I figure what I lost due to leakage will make up for the extra couple of dollars it will cost me.”
“This shampoo and conditioner is the BEST ever! Its worth every penny. Suds up well, smells wonderful and my puppies fur is shiny and super soft. If you are wondering if you should buy this product - just do it- you wont regret it.
